Auckland City Mission runs a residential social detoxification centre (called ‘Federal Street’) and also has a team of Community Alcohol and Drug Workers. This table captures information collected during both the drug and alcohol assessment carried out by the Crisis Care team, as well as on admission in to the detoxification centre. It is updated with every subsequent visit a Client makes. In practice this means that only pieces of information that have changed are changed.
