Operating Income - Includes sales of processed goods, sales of goods purchased for resale, sales of services and general operating income e.g. management fees, royalties, patent fees, lease income. Excludes interest and dividends received, donations, insurance claims received, bad debts, government grants and subsidies, gains on sale of fixed assets, exchange gains, sales tax, beer and excise duty.
