ACM Service Requested

Contains information about which type of service the Client has requested. Ranges from Medical Assessments, to Food Parcels, to Detox etc. Note: : A null field does not necessarily indicate the Client didn’t request a service. It probably reflects the fact that when the data was entered, the field was treated as open text rather than a drop down field – this is cleaned up during the refresh cycle. In addition, this variable seems to have been effected by changes to service names over time. An example is the service “Food Parcel” seems to drop off around 2011, with a large increase in services called “Crisis Care” which can often be confirmed to be related to food parcels using the parcel type code and other indicators.
