A code that uniquely identifies a healthcare facility.

Name of classification: http://www.health.govt.nz/nz-health-statistics/datareferences/code-tables/common-code-tables/facility-code-table Notes: A healthcare facility is a place, which may be a permanent, temporary, or mobile structure that healthcare users attend or are resident in for the primary purpose of receiving healthcare or disability support services. This definition excludes supervised hostels, halfway houses, staff residences, and rest homes where the rest home is the healthcare user's usual place of residence.
