Description
The general rate funds all services provided by the Council that are not funded through a targeted rate.
Please include all forms of rates (including water rates) but exclude rates collected on behalf of other local authorities and water sold by meter.
If your local authority use water meter readings to charge for water usage, include this in sales and other operating income (if such sales are shown as sales in the council's annual report).
