Flag for the geographic unit continuation code. YY = geographic continues into reference period T+1 and T+2. YN = geographic unit continues into reference period T+1 but not T+2. NY = geographic unit does not continue into T+1 but does exist in T+2. NN = geographic unit does not exist in T+1 or T+2. YX = geographic unit continues into T+2 and reference period T+2 does not exist. NX = geographic unit does not continue into T+1 and reference period T+2 does not exist. XX = reference period T+1 and T+2 does not exist.
