Description
Family-friendly initiatives are initiatives available for parents to manage their childcare responsibilities. These initiatives may include being allowed to work from home when needed, having the flexibility to swap round the days/times they usually work, being allowed to take child(ren) to work, using the childcare facility provided by employer, being reimbursed or receiving a subsidy for childcare costs from employer, or using paid or unpaid leave.
