IDI MOH National Needs Assessment & Service Coordination Information System data (MOH_SOCRATES)

The Ministry of Health National Needs Assessment and Service Coordination Information (MOH_SOCRATES) data documents the content SOCRATES table that the MOH provides to Stats NZ to use in the Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI). The MOH_SOCRATES dataset contains administrative data collected from 1988 to (ongoing) for information on individuals who are eligible for Disability Support Services (DSS). The National Needs Assessment and Service Coordination Information System, collects information from fifteen NASCs ( Needs Assessment and Service Coordinators) and stores it in a central database. This automates collaboration and coordination between the multiple parties involved.
