Fixed assets

Include: Operational, infrastructural, intangible, and restricted assets; contract payments for capital works (construction and development) eg upgrading and installation of roads, sewage, drainage, water supply systems, as well as direct payments for assets; commercial and investment property (and other assets i.e. land) owned directly by the Council even if it is in the process of being sold or is being held for sale (or resale); all fixed assets operated by the council under finance lease arrangements; capitalised work done by your own employees.

Exclude: Expenditure on maintenance, forestry, and biological assets.
